Ausar
Man is composed of a trinity of natures: an animal or sensual, emotional part of being, a human or mental part, and a divine part. Of the three, the godly part represents Man’s true nature. At the centre of Man’s godly nature, answering for that which we refer to as the “I,” whom we are, is Ausar. Unlike the physical body, and our mental (human) and emotional (animal) parts of being, which are walled off from all other creatures, the “l” whom we are, Ausar, is one with all. Many students of spirituality understand this intellectually, but cannot experience it and therefore fail to give it full expression in life, which limits their capacity to acquire wisdom and spiritual power. Working with the mantras and seeding in this guided meditation will assist you in developing your oneness with all. The hekau is:
“Aung Ausar Hung.”
When in the CD you are told to “now meditate on your scenario”, visualize a situation in which you violate the spiritual principle described in the CD, and instead see your person acting in conformity with the truths advocated in the guided meditation.
Breathing instructions: You are always breathing through the nostrils. On the in-breath push out the lower abdomen, and on the out-breath pull it in. Never raise the chest on either portion of the breath. The effects of this meditation can be enhanced by the use of the Ausar incense, Ausar essential oil blend, and spiritual bath.
