Sekhert
If the events in your life were random, chance events, it would mean that you could not spiritually prepare for them. If this were true, then you cannot be held accountable for your actions; otherwise, there’s no justice or mercy from God. The truth is, your life has been planned, and the plan is destiny-the pre-ordained set of events through which, according to your free will response-you will achieve your spiritual growth, wisdom and power’ The hekau of Sekher(t) will assist you in the understanding of the events in your life, and help you find the strength to endure them with equanimity. When in the CD you are told to “now meditate on your scenario, visualize a situation in which you, violate the spiritual principle described in the CD, and instead see your person acting in conformity with the truths advocated in the guided meditation. Breathing instructions: You are always breathing through the nostrils. On the in-breath push out the lower abdomen, and on the out-breath gently pull it in. Never raise the chest on either portion of the breath. The hekau is:
“Aung Kring Enen Ae, Tuau Sekhert Mut Ae Aung Kring Enen Ae, Tuau En Aungkh Heh”
Enen-ae means “I submit.” Tuau means “many thanks.” Sekhert Mut Ae means “Sekhert, my mother.” The effects of this meditation can be enhanced by the use of Sekher(t) incense, Sekher(t) essential oil blend, and spiritual bath.
